The organic soft wheat comes from crops which, by exploiting the natural regenerating capacity of the soil, the biological fight and rotation systems, have totally eliminated weed killers, fertilisers and chemical pesticides in the production cycle.
Agugiaro & Figna ensures that this heritage is maintained in all the production processes using dedicated specific lines for grinding, sometimes using stone grinders, and controlled atmosphere silos for storing the grain and flour.
